In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Checkbox for Anonymous ReviewI see that now, but for a simple product review where someone submits a review via the product page, is there no way to submit that review anonymously?

In reply to: [Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Show tags and search on review gridCan I pay to have the functionality?
Thanks for helping diagnose this problem. I will say, as of this morning, I have had 100% success.
Siteground has turned off their captcha on my site, and honestly, they were very reluctant to do it and I said I’d leave their platform if they didn’t. I use their cloud hosting so maybe I had a bit more push since I’m on their higher tier. They also whitelisted the IP’s that we discussed. It probably made no difference, but I also cleared my browser cache. And for your info, I am now running WC 9.7 again.
This whole situation has been very frustrating. I’ve spent many hours trying to make sure this wasn’t my problem or some sort of plugin conflict. Like you, I don’t have confidence this won’t happen again.
Yes, that happens to me too. I can live without that, but not syncing the tracking numbers or changing the order status is a big problem.
These are the IPs that I have whitelisted.
18.211.231.40
3.229.72.123
34.200.1.155
35.173.55.253
52.203.135.90I’m also begging Siteground to turn off their captcha. They are very reluctant to do it but it’s doing more harm than good. You might see sgcaptcha in your logs which I’ve seen causing issues. Shipstation support is impossible to deal with – they are so hard to get ahold of.
I downgraded Woocommerce so I wasn’t running 9.7. That didn’t seem to do anything.
What host do you have? I’m on Siteground and I’m convinced they have something to do with it too.

In reply to: [J Cart Upsell and Cross-sell for WooCommerce] Features NeededWhat you’ve said makes sense. One other thing that would be important is to have a maximum for the price field. In the settings, you allow for a minimum for the upsell to show, but it would be just as important to have a price range as well.
For example: show upsell if cart is between $80 – $120. Hide the upsell if it less than $80 and more than $120.
Can we test your demo versions?
The order isn’t $0 though. We don’t offer digital or free items. We don’t have coupon codes.
The customer puts our product in their cart, puts in CC information, hits submit order. We receive the order, but the order total displays $0.
The customer receives an email since the status is processing, but as stated, there is no record of payment.
So how can it be possible for a customer to have a product in their cart (that isn’t free), hits submit, sees the order confirmation page, and receives an email?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Random Products appearing in cartI think I have this narrowed down to the “Stripe for WooCommerce” plugin. Is anyone else using that plugin? I disable it, and the problem seems to go away.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Random Products appearing in cartJust to update this, I disabled the SGOptimizer plugin on all my sites, and I’m still experiencing this problem.
I feel like I’ve narrowed it down to being logged in as well. If I view the site as a guest, there’s nothing in my cart. If I log into the admin, suddenly, I have a product in my cart.
At this point, I don’t know where to go from here.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Random Products appearing in cartIs anyone experiencing this using Siteground? I just have to believe this is a caching issue with their SGOptimizer plugin.
