I am having the same problem. Tried this plugin with wp 2.9 and i cannot get any video to play – youtube or local flv file. In both instances I get the word “error” at the top and video will not play.
Another very appreciative thank you here on my behalf. I was really struggling trying to sort out why I couldn’t get it to work. Your instructions made it incredibly easy – thank you!

I had the exact same problem with the “are you sure you want to do this?” verbiage and found my problem to be an incompatible plugin contained on that list. Upgraded the plugin, problem solved.
