I switched to WPML (wpml.org) plugin, including WooCommerce Multilingual.
There I have no issues with the REST-API.

Hi there
I have exactly the same problem! When I deactivate Polylang, then all orders are selected by the REST-API again.
Did anybody find a solution and would share it here?
