If you don’t want it to display on product pages change the settings under Appearance > Widget After Content. If you want it to show on other pages but not the shop page change the setting on the Shop page edit screen.
I have tested this and it appears that the problem is with the Video Widget and the WordPress Editing Toolkit. You may want to submit a support request for the WordPress.com Editing Toolkit if you wish to continue using the plugin.

I’m not sure what you mean by showing ads on the sign in page.
To get the Widget area to show on job listing posts go to Appearance > Widget After Content. Then increase the priority to 99.
