Thanks for your quick response. We have been using the default ID (generated from the Start Number option) with a static prefix, where the numeric part should be sequential, as the plugin name implies. However, this is not the case when orders are placed simultaneously. For instance, we have two orders with the number “MF-46672”.

Note: The Start Number was reset to 20,000 when we first started using the plugin.
