I am also having this problem and I can’t see anywhere to add the license number for the pro version…
I’m having issues with this plugin too, but mine seem different. When clicking the button to login to Twitter, I just get a white screen. I’ve tested Chrome and Safari, and I’ve tried removing different plugins, but no change. I’m using the latest version of WordPress.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I have tried that… no success. I deactivated every plugin, and then switched to the default theme.
All other form elements are working, from file upload to regular text input fields. Just not textareas… an the pattern repeats on multiple pages, with multiple forms.
