I am having the same issue.
I’ve customised that field in mine but it still says the sender is ‘WordPress’. Frustrating.
Also, mine isn’t sending a confirmation email to me when someone makes an appointment. People could be making appointments and receiving confirmation emails and I have no idea because I’m not getting an email myself.
