Même remarque que @javierdemuga… La fonctionnalité HPOS indique le plugin comme incompatible.
Avez-vous prévu de résoudre cette situation?

I contacted YITH who proposed a solution. We added “posts” in the edit permissions for shop managers and it works.
So, issue solved! 😉

I just tested this setting this morning without any success.
Also, the capability used by YITH seems to be “edit_gift_cards” which I wasn’t able to find anywhere…
Can you confirm that please? Where did you find your “manage_options” information supposed to be used by the YITH plugin?

Database is around 1Gb but as we test the object cache on a staging site (and the prefix is correctly set in the options), let’s say we have around half of this weight.
The host provider says it never grows over 11Mb…
I’ll run some more tests but I don’t want to waste your time. If you have some ideas to where to search for answers, let me know 🙂

Well, that’s my host provider who told me this message war worrying him ^^
Concerning your second, I actually have no more informations than this:
RAM is configured as unlimited for the tests and only 11Mb are used by the process on the 31Gb total space…
Could you please tell me what kind of informations we need to understand the source of this incorrect functioning?

Thanks for the reply.
I’ve noticed the day before backup has the “unfinished” status but the 2 days before backup doesn’t have.
It’s always like that. With the turn over (as I set only 2 backups to keep), the 2 days before backup seems to be finished instead of the day before backup…

So, I just tried to create a manual backup without success…
Here is the error message: La sauvegarde ne s’est pas terminée; une relance de la procédure est prévue (Jan 27 17:12:41)
Don’t you think it could be really useful to check directly the logs?

Thank you for your response and your help!
I waited a little bit because I thought the reason might be because I had 2 manual saves and a setting that says no more than 2 saves (which might have prevented the last one from overwriting the previous one)
So yesterday I deleted one of the manual backups but this morning, unfortunately, nothing has changed…
I’ll copy-paste the log message to the main dashboard: Backup was apparently successful and is now complete (Jan 20 21:20:17)
As you can see, the message speaks well of yesterday.
In addition, regarding the number of visitors deemed insufficient, we are at just under 100 visitors per day in low season. So I doubt it could come from there.
What can I provide you to better understand the situation and find a solution?
Can we exchange directly by email if I need to send you sensitive information?
