Found it! Everything works perfectly, thank you so much for your help!
So we are unable to go to settings to upload because we cannot access our wp-admin page
So we exported and saved the backup, but we are unable to login as our site has crashed. We cannot access the evergreengreenhill.org/wp-admin, we also lost our theme and plugins.
Ah it’s unfortunately not working… any other ideas?
