That is not working.
All old FB-app are still working but not a new one.
Facebook has changed with GDPR. When yo make a new app, they have to approve this, you must give al lot of data, even the username en password.

starts from Step 8:
“Here the app is in development mode. Only the developer can view the posts now.
We need to “submit the app for approval” and after the app get approved, we can make the app public and the users can see the posts in the facebook……”
