    Thanks, Michael. I’ll reach out to them again about troubleshooting. Please know I have since experienced the same issue and now the content is removed from the back end and not just the front end.

    As a backup this time I installed another plugin that would allow custom post types and so far the content created with that one remains intact. So, it may be worth exploring how my WordPress.com environment and the structure of the CPT UI plugin are interacting with one another.

    Hello, Michael. Thank you for your response. The posts were empty in the Admin dashboard as well as on the front end. I had to revert to a backup. It seems this occurred again yesterday, when viewing posts on the front end. The content was there, but when I advanced to the next post through lower ‘next post’ navigation and came back to the previous post and refreshed, the post content disappeared. Then each posts content upon refresh began to disappear. This time the content is present on the backend/Admin dashboard though.

    Today content on back and front is holding steady. I don’t know what has changed but it is fine for the moment.
