In reply to: [WooCommerce] move order details to the top on checkout pageCaching is disabled on that website (wordpress and host). And the problem only appears when those 2 lines of code are enabled. My guess is that there is a better way of moving that section to the top. I just don’t know how.
I am actually already using the code snippets plugin. Thats how I added your code snippet.
There is not live chat button on your website. I tried with safari and chrome.
Also the additional product is not free, its just discounted.

Also please note that the ticket creation on your website is not working.
I just purchased your plugin and added your code snippet. Now the discounted item is not automatically added to the cart. Please advise.
is there a way to test this, since I can’t test it on the demo site?
What will this code snippet do?
– Will it prevent the discounted product from being auto added to the cart?
– Will it allow the visitor to remove it from the cart once it’s been added? Thanks
This could have been an issue with the host. I suspect there was a disconnection during the database upgrade, which caused the issue.
I restored from backups, upgraded woocommerce again, and this time it went just fine. So did all my other websites. So problem solved.
WooCommerce → Status → Logs is not available to me because as I said when I enable woocommerce the website goes offline.
So I installed storefront, disabled all the plugins, and enabled woocommerce again. No more action needed, the website went down again, same error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Is there a log somewhere I can check for errors? As soon as woocommerce is enabled the website shows that error.
All good now, thanks for your help!
So I installed Post SMTP v2.0.19 and the extension I just downloaded, I run the wizard and on the step “How will the connection to the mail server be established?” I don’t have an option “Office365 API” as shown in the screenshots.
I have also reset the plugin and tried again, but the option does not appear still.
oh, its an extension to the existing plugin, so it needs post smtp to be installed.
I just downloaded the plugin and installed it, but after installation it cannot be activated, it gives me this error:
