Gotcha! And does this happen with all products above $999, or only specific products? If the latter, are there any similarities with these products (other than the price being above $999)?
Reply: It only occurs with products above $999, no real similarities other than pricing.
Hmm, can you please share a screenshot of what you currently see when navigating to WooCommerce →Status. Are you seeing something different to the screenshot below?
Reply: Using another browser doesn’t change the result, this is what I’m seeing, same issue for downloading logs.
This is mainly happening on both the front end and back end of things on our website in terms of pricing, I believe this happened after we updated WooCommerce, The prices don’t revert to their actual price until we hit update on the product.
