Agreed with Daniel, you can:
1. backup your site
2. Download latest version of WP from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/download/
3. Unzip in your computer and upload to server using (s)FTP, overwriting files (your existant wp-content data is safe)
4. Check the result.
Alternatively, I would recomend deactivate all plugins and change to a “official” theme like TwentyTwenty before updating, and then change to your theme, and activate plugins one by one (maybe one of the plugin
