Yes, I guess it’s a BlueHost limitation since everything is fresh and there’s only two simple steps -that I know of- to get it running: installing the .mo and setting WPLANG.
It doesn’t work, though. I have been echoing several variables here and there, and the proper settings do take place: i10n.php functions seem to get the proper .mo file location and setting from wp-config.php, but there’s simply no translation.
