Yes…I want to send an email just like contact form7 is providing email tab to define email setting details.
It should work parallely with zendesk ticket creation after form submission.

Thank you so much Pipdig, I just resolved this issue.
Issue was ‘PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_case() ‘.

Have one more query-
After submission this form i also want to send an simple email to some other id using my email host.
is it possible?

I can but before doing that this also work on php version 5.3.28 & 5.4.25 on my local machine..I don’t understand what is going on.

I think admin dashborad access is also fine…refreshing on this url http://…../wp-admin/admin-ajax.php showing 0 it means its working fine…but after submission on form its showing error on
‘This page isn’t working
“<domain name>” is currently unable to handle this request
HTTP ERROR 500’

& url is http://<domain name>/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

Can you please look, i need to work this badly.

Hi Phil(@pipdig),

Using same setup from server to local machine. Activated plugins are similar on both place. Yes but php version are differ.
Local machine php version – PHP Version 5.5.10
On Server php version – PHP 5.4.16

except that everything is same…
