Hi Frank,

The theme switch does seem to be the likely cause, as I had sent the site over to a support team to check a different issue, and the site seems to have gone down after they switched to the default Twenty-Seventeen theme.

But my version of Genesis is the latest one that is showing as available (2.6.1).
