Just to get anyone interested in the topic. Could it be that some remnants of a previous Joomla install would cause these errors?
But the host’s memory limit is already set to 512M? Or am I missing something?

Thanks for the reply. This situation is resolved now because we have decided not to go with MS at all. There is no need to have more websites in the future so we just install three standard wordpress websites.
