In reply to: [Astra] Can’t figure any of this out, need good vidHello jdlynch
I’m supposing you are a beginner in wp, so please ignore this if you are not. My suggestion is that you start with Astra without elementor and only after you understand enough of using the theme you get elementor, if you feel you need it at all. Fact is that elementor, as a pagebuilder, works “outside” of the wp loop: you can’t use blocks in pages and posts that you build with it, and vice versa, you cannot use elementor’s features with the block editor. In practice, you are trying to learn two different editors at the same time, with one of them (elementor) very complex. It’ a good recipe for pain and frustration!
Moreover, I find Astra a very good and complete theme (I’m only a user, don’t work for them lol), and the usefulness of a pagebuilder nowadays is not what it was some years ago. Depending on the complexity of your website, you may discover that you don’t need it at all.
Good luck!

In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] carousel and blog blocksHi Andrew!
In fact I didn’t receive your e-mail in the contact form. I suspect that this will be the next help I will ask of you, as the contact form is made with a siteorigin widget. I’m only waiting for some free time to check everything before bothering you.
I will remove the credits as soon as possible, maybe even today if everything goes well. Oh my, I was so happy to give you some acknowledgment that I didn’t even think to check first with you! Sorry!
Best regards!!

In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] carousel and blog blocksHi Andrew!
Problem is solved. After clearing cache three times without any changes, I went to investigate more deeply and discovered that my hosting provider messed with the cache plugin configuration. I had to unmade a lot of minifications and related changes, but afterwards, finally, the blog spacing is nice!
Thank you for all the help and to pointing me in the right direction!

In reply to: [SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle] carousel and blog blocksHi Andrew! Thansk for answering!
The carousel was stretched on purpose, as I wanted it to be a little bit bigger than the container (I have some weird ideas sometimes). But after your answer I solved it giving the carousel some padding (or margin? don’t quite remember) to the right.
The blog spacing issue on mobile didn’t change with the update. Do I have to open the page and save it or something similar?
Best regards!

In reply to: [Astra] Strange loop of postsHi Herman!
Yes, this is just the case. The site doesn’t have a unified blog (it is a weird website, lots of pages and few posts lol). But I have a page that shows the list of posts (what is called a blogroll?). In the original site, with elementor, it was achieved with the widget blog of the plugin Premium Addons for Elementor, but I think it can be done with Astra and blocks . I got almost there, but for the enormous amount of space between rows!
Can you help me?
Best regards!

In reply to: [ColorMag] Want bordersHi!
Thank you Barsha, do it please. Borders and dimensions are things that I miss a lot and I don’t want to look at other themes, as I’m quite happy with colormag in general !
I have another question, but I will open a new topic, as it’s not related.
Best regards!

In reply to: [ColorMag] Want bordersHi!
Sorry for the delay! I attached images of the colormag settings and the wordpress settings for columns: https://imgur.com/a/NRfSe7I
I just want to confirm that borders are possible with gutenberg, but not with colormag. Then, maybe I will ask for help with css code…
