My hypothesis is that they are using a single page with a slider in it – giving you horizontal navigation.
Each slide of the slider will have its own content. The content height can vary – giving you vertical navigation.

You can try adding the ‘more’ tag in each post when you are writing them. The content will be limited till the more tag.
Why don’t you try creating pages for each job profile? Each page will have it’s own unique permalink which you can use in the link?
