    Thanks. I’ve seen a few threads on various forums with people asking the same question and others who answer similar to yours. Yes I am doing real products so not a downloadable products issue.

    Trouble is that I can’t ask a question on WooThemes website because even though I setup an account to download bits, they was free so I don’t have access to their forum. If anyone has access, would you mind searching for the same issue or even perhaps ask the question for me.

    I would be most grateful, so would many others it seems 🙂
