Are you using a staging site to check your website changes before publishing?
I found that my staging site only contained one newsletter whereas my main site contained all the newsletters. When I updated any changes from the staging site to the main site it overwrote the main site mailpoet.newsletters database and I always ended up with just the one newsletter.
I solved it by restoring the mailpoet.newsletters database from an old backup (from ~ 9 months earlier) and then copying all the newsletters into the staging site. I then made sure that I was creating them in the staging site and uploading to main when I was happy with them.
It does seem that you may be having different issues though because you report error messages which I did not receive.
I hope you find a solution.

Just an update for anyone experiencing the same issue-
I found that a staging copy of my website that contained only one newsletter was overwriting the main website newsletters and leaving just the one from staging available.
I have since corrected this and all is working ok now.
A word of warning for anyone using a staging site with Mailpoet (and other plug ins I guess) – overwriting the main site with your staging copy can also lose your subscription API key. It is wise to filter the files that are overwritten from whichever source you are using

Hi, I want to reopen this thread as my newsletters have disappeared again. I am concerned that there is an update (either Mailpoet or otherwise) that is losing the newsletters.
Are you aware of any issues such as this?
In teh meantime I am restoring the newsletters as previously mentioned from Updraft Plus backups

I managed to find the old newsletters in an Updraft Plus database backup that was stored remotely.
Not really sure why they disappeared in the first place but thankful to have them back!

I have been to my hosts file manager but can not see wp_mailpoet_newsletters table
Where should I be looking for this? Is it in a particular folder (i.e in wp_content)

Hello,
1)Newsletter mailing list was a custom list that I made. I have reset it as another name.
2)Woocommerce customers – I do not use woocommerce. I am not sure where this list is being picked up from.
3)WordPress users is an automatic list that is generated with WordPress. I do not know how to remove it as it only has the option to disable or restore.
Anyway these lists were always there when the [mailpoet-signup] tag worked a few months ago so I don’t think the problem is these lists.
I have tried various options and formats with new tags, removing lists…etc but the multiple sign up still happens.
I really need this problem solved as at the moment I can not update the form on my live site to capture email addresses.
