duplicate because there’s zero chance of a timely response no matter what channel is chosen.

your other response implies you don’t understand the issue and links to this:

    https://www.notion.so/Setting-up-Amazon-Pay-plugin-V2-433010b19b6b48dba43947caa4113d18

which depicts the process for a new install, whereas i had a previous version installed, thus it does not address the issue.

every page of my admin area has a red coded notification: “Amazon Pay V2 is installed. Please click the “Reconnect to Amazon Pay” button in the Amazon Pay Settings to acquire credentials and complete activation. Amazon Pay V1 will continue to function until you complete this process”. (also not the case)

clicking the amazon pay settings link takes you to the plugin’s settings page in woo, where there is a button “reconnect to amazon pay”. all other fields are filled with the same info as previous version. clicking the reconnect button takes you to the login page of the amazon seller central, where, after logging in with your existing account, you are forced to go through the process of setting up a seemingly new pay account, after which you must either go to your current seller central integration or create a new one.

going to integrations shows “technical guidance and api credentials” such as a link for woo instructions (useless),store id, merchant id, existing api keys, and various other pieces of data that were visible in the aforementioned plugin settings in woo.

meanwhile back in woo settings, the page is stuck on a “Waiting for Credentials From Amazon Seller Central” overlay, of which there is no escape beyond the left hand navigation of wordpress.

updating wp version, disabling plugins, switching themes, uninstalling/reinstalling plugin, creating new api keys, etc., all have zero effect on course of events described above.

i assumed you understood that iis was windows. again, searching produces endless answers that don’t resolve the issue.

thanks for explaining. tried adding image/svg+xml .svg in iis mime type but it breaks the whole site’s styling. googling produces hundreds of different answers, wish someone would explain the proper resolution with clear step by step instructions. hate being stuck with broken images because your plugin forces svg on me.
