Hello Kriss @wpmudevsupport13

no there are no errors in console. and no it is only Forminator where Stripe connected. there are only 2 plugins, Forminator and Classic Editor.
I don’t need the Bank tab I need just Card number, Expiration date and Security code fields. Can you please help me solve this issue?
Best regards, Oleksandr

Hey Williams Valerio @wpmudevsupport3
Do you have suggestions how to resolve this issue ?
Best Regards, Oleksandr
Thanks for the suggestion.
I’ve enabled both “Load form using AJAX” and “Prevent Caching” under the Form > Behavior > Rendering settings, but unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue.
The only time I see the expected behavior is when I manually remove one of the payment methods from my Stripe dashboard. That’s the only action that seems to have any effect on the payment options shown in the Forminator form.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can try.
Best regards,
Oleksandr
Hello, @wpmudevsupport11
I’m experiencing the same issue on my website. I selected “Card only,” but the same behavior occurs even when I choose “Dynamic Payment Methods.” It seems that option isn’t working as expected.
To troubleshoot, I enabled all available payment methods in the Stripe dashboard, but there was no change.
Is there a solution to fix this?
Thanks, Oleksandr
