Surprisingly, this file downloaded & emailed through gmail account works but doesn’t work directly.

I am stumped. Perhaps some settings in WP or Theme might be blocking access to it.

Thanks. It seems that during the last update it got changed but even now it’s same.

First links open in chrome directly whereas second links shows some source code.

this is happening to most of the pages.

As can be seen this is available and was working since March 2014.
