I removed the plugin, checked the “removed all data” in the settings, reinstalled it and it’s working perfectly now.
Anyway, like I probably already mentioned, removing all my plugins and switching themes did not fix it. It wasn’t until I completely removed Surecart and installed again before it worked.

Tested Different Image Formats – Attempted to use JPEG format instead of WebP. Checked Cloudflare Hotlink Protection – Confirmed hotlink protection was not enabled on Cloudflare, ruling it out as a cause. Inspected Image Placeholder Issue – Noticed the product image defaults to the placeholder image in SureCart (placeholder.jpg), indicating it’s not correctly recognizing the uploaded image.

However, I’ve encountered a slight challenge regarding selling tokens for profit, as the dollar sign is displayed during image generation on “my AI account.” In an attempt to address this, I’ve been experimenting with the “str_replace(‘$’, ”, $user_credit);” function, although I must admit that I’m not entirely confident in my understanding of its implementation. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in this matter.
I recently tried to resolve an issue with my website’s media library by disabling all plugins except for the GPT plugin. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to access the media library from a post or page. I’ve attempted to troubleshoot the issue by testing different themes, but have had no luck.
