I have received this JSON error message and now cannot update any page. Where do I find the fix?

Thanks sooo much for getting back to me!

Actually the site is not empty, I have several very large chapters of a small book already created, but those pages don’t show up to be added to Menus.

I’m assuming if I have good backup your suggestion will work and I can just restore those very large pages?!?
