Could this be a system font issue, perhaps with Helvetica? I feel like I’ve seen that before. Does it do the same in another browser?

But will I be able to keep the look almost exactly the same? I like to fine tune the typography and spacing.

Actually I’m probably going to use a theme called WPCASA which is a specific real estate framework. They also have Child Themes which look good, but as I said I want to completely customize the look. So should I purchase one of their Child themes and edit the Child theme, or should I purchase just the parent theme and make my own Child theme.
(still trying to wrap my head around all of this)
