Hi @lovingbro , thanks for the quick reply! This started happening very recently, so im assuming one of the last updates. This has worked before and its not a brand new store setup.

Here’s a loom video showing what I’m trying to do. I’m just tying the barcode into the product search and getting nothing returned. I come back from fairs with a list of barcodes of the items that i sold, i then enter them manually into the product screen so i can update stock levels.

no, i get a blank page when i select the “Shop” menu item

When i assign the new shop page to WooCommerce->Products->Shop Page i get a blank page after clearing all the caches out.

I think ive resolved it. The menu itself might have had the wrong Navigation label set. “Products” instead of “products”. I changed that and it loaded the right version!
