I am using a plugin to minify and defer the themes JavaScript files. I have just disabled both of these features and cleared the cache and I am still experiencing the same issue.
This is also happening on the wp-login.php page, where there is no code from the theme. Just seeing a blank ‘agr-recaptcha-wrapper’ div.
I can also confirm that there is no JS errors being outputted in the console.
