Thank you Roxy for your Help. I did try the Storefront theme and there was no difference from the Betheme. Exactly the same picture as in the Betheme, with a difference that my banner was gone and the menus were mixed up. But if it would work, I could fix the menus and the banner, no problem. So there might be a CSS issue or something in the settings or PHP files.

Yes and tried different browsers with the same result. No message at all. The browser window blinks and as if nothing happened. When try to send a message get a generic error to try later and it goes after the second submit action. Something is fundamentally wrong with the site. Same result on my Android phone.

Thank you Jan, but I do know this article. My concern is the 80 users of the website that I maintain. They require to be able to retrieve their passwords as they were doing for years, and now it is faulty for an unknown reason. Everything else being emailed without a problem, just the lost password option doesn’t work. I need that function to work properly.

I know, but the problem is not just in that plugin. In General some pages load very slow, specially if the OS is windows. Linux is a bit faster, but not always. Eventually the plugin will be replaced, but it will not solve other problems as “Waiting for the server response”. Hourglass will solve many problems and not only for me. I have seen others having similar problems with no solution but the simple hourglass.

This is amazing Franky. I never had such a good support as your’s. I will discuss with our club members and if they want to keep the “Business Idea” theme I will have to create a child theme to prevent the reverse of the changes on updates. But honestly I would prefer not to use this theme at all, because I am sure I will get other problems with it.
