I am also having this problem – pretty consistently for about four weeks on two different sites. The field appears on the front end, it’s required, people tell me they filled it in and it doesn’t appear in either the Woo Confirmation email or on the woo order page.
We are also getting this error and just updated to the brand new version of Give a few minutes ago. Same error:

I also have a client site with this error today as well. What is the solution?
I’m having a similar issue! My buttons are all grayed out and none of them work at all. I’m hoping to use this with custom post types (and that may be my issue). I only want the navigation with same post in a custom post type.
