I tested it a couple different ways…
It seems to work if you use the Google Translate Web Translator code… it does not work when a page is translated via http://translate.google.com. I think the issue is that the http://translate.google.com disables the plugin needed to run the Vimeo video. Not sure though.
I am interested in this as well.
