Ensure that
custom_field__slugis exactly the correct slug for your custom field.To find the correct slug:- Go to Support Genix > Custom Fields.
- Check the Slug of the field you are trying to include.
- Replace
custom_field__slugin{{custom_field__slug}}with the actual slug.

We have fixed the issue, would you please check it again by activating the plugin. I would like to let you know that the issue was due to the template library. Now, it is working fine.
