Hello,
I made an entry with the new header using a different method and something interesting happened…
I use the OceanWP theme and normally I make a template in the library of the theme using Elementor, to then insert it in all the pages using the theme options (see this link, “custom header” part: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/901-customizer-header).
Using this method my new header isn’t showing as it should.
To make the test page I inserted the new header using the theme plugin (this method: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/830-header-oceanwp-settings) AND doing it like that the header looks good, this is the page I made to test it: https://alberplast.com.ar/test/
I don’t want to use this second method as it would be too time consuming… Now I wonder if I should ask the theme or if still is an Elementor problem (or both).
(My actual header was also made with Elementor, using the theme settings and it doesn’t have problems)

Hello, sorry for the late reply.
The header looks good on live because I am using the old original header that works fine, not the new one made with containers.
I have the latest update and the header still isn’t working. If I look it with my account on it looks good but without logging in even if I clean the cache of my site (WP Rocket) and the navegator I can’t see the background color.
What should I show in the screencast? I never did one so I don’t know what to show.

The header is in all my site and I don’t have a different one for mobile (at present I am using the old header, made using sections, with the latest version of the plugin)
I did the landing page in Elementor with containers and that looks just fine (I don’t know if it is because I didn’t choose a background color or if it is for any other reason…)

Update (next day): I deactivated the lighbox of this plugin and changed two specific settings of FirelightWP and for now the lighbox is working fine, but from yesterday to today this plugin reseted the lighbox options (in “other options) and the default sorting method (other option>images options) on it´s own (just these two one) for no apparent reason (didn’t change/update plugins or themes, it doesn’t happen when i clear the cache with WP Rocket).
for now it is working, my website is alberplast.com.ar

The problem only appears when I update the themes/plugins (different ones every time) so I don´t know how I could test it with the method you mentioned (once I manually change the settings it stays that way until I must update anything).
But today I noticed something that didn´t happened in a long time, and that is problems with the lightbox. I use FirelighWP (free version) and it is having problems with this plugin.
In Other settings > Lightbox effects if I choose “none” it doesn´t show me the FirelighWP one, and if I choose any other that isn´t “Thickbox” it shows 2 lighboxs (this and the other plugin). With “tickbox” at least for now it seems to be working fine.
I have used this two plugins together for a long time and this is the first time that I notice any problem

I disabled the AJAX pagination in the basic thumbnail’s option and that fixed the problem
Thank you! I disabled that scrip and now almost all the problems have been resolved. The problem that still happens (never happened before) is that when I am in any page except the first one of the gallery and click on the image instead of opening the lightbox it opens the image full page without any caption or option so I can’t navigate or even close the image. The only way is to go back and it takes me to the first page of the gally 8even if I wasn’t in that one).
Could it have anything to do with an option of the plugin? I lost all my previous settings of this plugin so maybe this time I configurated differently and it’s causing issues?
Hi, I am just using Easy Fancybox plugin, both Elementor’s and NGG’s lightbox are deactivated (NGG’s lightbox never was active) but the problems persist
