Update: found a plugin which (re)introduce the possibility to access the (WordPress) custom CSS by an url.

Thank you for your answer, but it does not really relate to my question. 😉

I want to DYNAMICALLY import the content of the custom CSS in another style sheet. Copy-pasting every time I make a change, and/or have two instances of the same code, is not what I want.

Ideally, if you have text selected, it will wrap the enclosed shortcode around the selection. Right now, it replaces the selected text with just the opening shortcode.
