It seems that was the problem, several days have passed and the plugin is still working correctly!
Thanks Nithin for your help 😄
I’ve been looking at my other cpanels and they don’t seem to have this command in the cron. I’m going to delete it and activate Defender, if a few days pass without it being deactivated it will only mean that we have solved it.
I will respond on Monday with news.
It looks like this could be the problem!
I have been searching on the internet how to check the version of WordPress cron, but I have not found anything, until in the cPanel I saw that cron is using this command:
/opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/php -q “/home/kitautcat/public_html/wp-cron.php”
The version of PHP that I have selected in my cPanel is 8.2, but here it indicates that cron is using ea-php73.
Would the problem be solved if I change the ea-php73 to ea-php82? In the PHP cPanel selector it says that I am using the alt-php82 version, would I have to put alt-php82 then?
