Risolved. I just reinstall wordpress and everything works properly now!
Ok you just changed edit the cookie and then it showed on your shortcode? Did you do something else or just refresh the page?
Yes it is a multilingual site but I use wpml and I did not have made any translations yet

I did not try to add one only to edit the cookie function
