Problem solved. It was a doubled item with different visibility, mistake from someone in the team.

We have the exact same problem.
Basically if you visit https://vavin.tw/showroom/ with mobile, clicking the checkbox doesn’t do anything.
The fun part is that the preview of the results returned is correct (Filtered), but for some reason, the result is not displayed (Only on mobile)
We are using Divi.
