I have found the code snippet of the cause, and I actually can’t explain why the code snippet were there in the first place. Maybe on of our previous developer put those code for testing and later he/she forgot to remove the code snippet.
Hopefully today we will give another updates with this fix.

This is expected behavior. You have to manually change the status of donation too.
Once you change the order status in woocommerce, edit the donation campaign -> Go to donation list section –> [In Review/In Process] tab -> find the donation and change the status as success. [https://prnt.sc/t9kcj6]
All offline payment goes in-process state and all online payment goes to in-review state.

You should not manually modify the short-code instead of copy from campaign-form. There are some parameters for certain settings that has no usage now-a-days and we did not remove those right now, we will remove those gradually after much testing.

I have just checked the plugin with new wordpress installation and setting page is working fine.
Most probably there are conflicts with other plugin in your end, please follow the below steps-
1. Right click -> inspect -> console : check if there is any errors
2. Disable all of your plugin except fundraise plugin -> [SHIFT + browser reload] -> Now click on wp fundraising settings and check if pop-up works now.Let me know what happened.

You can do it by creating a page with your desired permalinks and then copy the content of the wp-fundraising page and paste it into your newly created page.
Then go to fundraising settings-> Page Options and from the drop-down select your newly created page and save the settings. [https://prnt.sc/t4wbe1]
