The issue with campaign description on front-end submission has been resolved.
We do not have any option for adding image on description from front-end. But we have checked if we use WordPress editor and add image using “Add media” button, it shows responsive behavior perfectly in browser and mobile.
We have tested in browser and mobile for video and there were no issue in our end with loading/playing the video, except with single page view of single donation type campaign does not include video url and we have resolved it too. It could be internet connection issue on your end.
We are releasing new updates in couple of hours.
Please update the plugin to version 1.1.17 and check if all works fine for you.Thanks you for being with us.

If you do not need IBAN, SWIFT just put those field blank.
Right now there is no option for disabling the billing address fields and showing only name & email field. We have taken your advise under consideration, hopefully in future updates we will ship this feature.
Show the description besides fundraise info? in strait way no, but you can do work-around :
– Write short description as full description
– from campaign settings tab hide description, recent funds, review & updatesThanks.

Right now our plugin only support video from youtube, vimeo & dailymotion service. From front-end and back-end adding featured image option is available.
From front-end there is no option to add image in the description but from back-end WordPress gives the option to add image [https://prnt.sc/szfod0].
Are you sure you are using the latest version of the plugin? Because from my end I am seeing both bolivia and peru in the list. [https://prnt.sc/szfoz3 , https://prnt.sc/szfpos%5D
Right now Pro version of this plugin is not available, only free version.

It is redirecting to 403 page because all users does not have the permission to view the dashboard page.
Please use custom redirect option [https://prnt.sc/sva3vd] where all users have permission to view.

You do not need woo-commerce plugin to use this plugin, this is a stand alone plugin, no dependency with any other plugin.
So why do we have woo-commerce support? – Some people have woo-commerce installed and they have setup their payment gateway information there and they do not like to re-enter the information into our plugin. That’s why we have given our users option whether they want to use woo-commerce payment method or not. In your case just choose default payment option and enter the payment settings in our plugin.
Sorry to hear that in your case short-code is not working. To minimize human error on short-code, for every campaign edit mode there is a settings tab where our plugin generates short-code for that campaign [https://prnt.sc/sssljv]. Simply copy that and paste it, it should work.

We had checked your response and we have made the user_nicename same as username, so now you should access user profile with username.
We decided not to add the hyphen in the user_nicename.

No, pro version is still in its early development phase.
To hide pledge amount-
1. Enable pledge from global option
2. edit the crowed donation and go to “pledge” tab [https://prnt.sc/sptmv9]
3. Turn off “Enable Pledge” option and save/update the donationThank you for being with us.

Sorry for your confusion, this is a mistake from our end, this option should not be available for now. This is a feature of our pro plugin which we are working on and not released yet.
So right now there is no way to set additional fees.
