Your customer service team is the most responsive and patient of any I have every worked with. Yes, this is happening for all products whether I upload them or create them manually.
I have wiped the server and will try to install this one more time. I really want to get it to work as it is so close to perfect for our needs.
Hopefully, I can get help with this soon. I am evaluating the app to make sure it will work for our company. There is probably an easy fix, but this could be a major problem. Thanks for your help in advance.
