    I finally figured this out. WP_Secure addon had put an .htaccess file in the plugins folder that was blocking the viewing of anything but image files for security reasons. I added php to the .htaccess and the page started rendering. My new problem though is that all this last year, easymail has not been saving the views in the wp_easymail_trackings table even though it exists on my server.
