Unfortunately i need the licencense key to contact the plugin support. And i diddnt have, the structure is a bit weird, a agency bought and set this plugin a couple of years ago. its not possible to contact them and so we didnt have the key, i wrote already a mail to the publisher of the plugin.
i thought maybe one here is using this plugin too and have an idea.
its really strange, that the voucher code is already used even the order status is not completed, in my opinion it is a bug.
I understund for sure, that no one here will be buy the plugin only for help me, but if someone is using it at see the my problem, please write me.

I start a Ticket and the solution was the following:
There was an issue in the permission of the root/wp-snapshot and the root/wp-snapshot/tmp folderssame as @albertcanals posted
I have the same error !!! I already deactivate the plugin and reinstall and did also all updates.
Who can help?
in which way i can add a screenshot here? didnt see any option to do this
