Just a point: You have to make sure you upload this file to the parent theme as it doesn´t seem to work on child themes (confirmed by WMPL)

1. Save the file in file.XLSX (easy to edit)
2. Save a copy in file.csv
3. Close Excel
3. Open file.csv with Notepad++
4. Convert to UTF-8 from Encoding (in main menu)
5. Save as: Select type as All types (*.*) and write file.csv
6. Overwrite –> Yes!
7. Import to WPIt worked for me!

Somehow the problem was in the plugin incl. in the sidebar (PHP Code plugin).
I´ve just deleted & reinstalled the plugin in each sidebar of the pages were I got the warning and now everything looks fine. Weird ‘cos it was happening only in certain pages, and all have the same sidebar content.
If you google “/wp-content/plugins/simple-lightbox/controller.php on line 1232.” you´ll see the problem that happened to me its present in several sites.
