In reply to: [PROPER Contact Form] submit button on formI have the same issue – though it IS clickable (if you click on it, it will still go thru), but it doesn’t actually “seem” like it’s clickable (you don’t see the button “move” when you press it). This started months ago, but left it because it was still technically working – though we get a lot of duplicate inquiries because the submitter keeps clicking and clicking because they don’t think its working.

In reply to: [PROPER Contact Form] not receiving contact form inquiries to emailmy it person said it’s logical to add the sending server in the safe list, which he tried, but still not working. He said he sees echo.welcomewebite.com in the email headers though and asked if you have any smtp settings that you might be putting in?

In reply to: [PROPER Contact Form] not receiving contact form inquiries to emailok, i’ll pass along the info to my IT guy. Also, he asked me to see if you could provide me with the public IP of the sending server for the contact forms? he wants to setup a rule to trust all emails from that IP address and see if that does it.

In reply to: [PROPER Contact Form] not receiving emails from contact formright, we always initiate any upgrades – just meant i know there were a few recent upgrades over the past few weeks so not sure if that had any affect on this issue because it had been working before perfectly up until august 14th — I usually do the upgrades as soon as they pop up in WordPress.
I did check and uncheck the “yes” box for the email address option and the contact firm inquiries did not forward to our email addresses in either situation. I don’t know how it could be a server issue as well if it has been working all this time and we haven’t changed emails or servers recently. Plus one of the addresses it should be going to is a Gmail and we don’t get anything there either — something of which we have no access to that domain server.
OK, so we’ve been working with a Microsoft reseller about our problem and looks like he fixed the issue before we had to decide on another option. Long sorry short, the rep added the sending server from our contact form in the safe senders list and configured the inbound connector. All works well.
Helpful, thanks. Will look into this. Do you know if Mandrill forwards the email to the “business” email or do you have to login to their website to access inquiries?

In reply to: [PROPER Contact Form] CAPTCHAI was going to actually ask this CAPTCHA question initially, but saw someone already did. We have been using this contact form for months now and we really LOVE it — the form fits nicely in our sidebar, the overall form is very pleasing to the eye compared to others, and it gives us specifics about the inquiries (page, location, etc.) where other forms make you pay for that. All in all, it’s great!
However, we’ve noticed within the past month or so that we’ve been getting spam up to 5-10+ times a day through our contact form. This has never happened before, until now. Any plans to update the contact form to address these issues somehow or maybe adding actual CAPTCHA?
