First thing is the FTP. Im using:
ftp://morroneinteriors.com
User: Same username for Admin login
Password: Same password for admin login
Is this correct?
I am getting this and I know my user and pw is accurate for the admin login:
Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Could you share a bit about the “relocate” method you used to log in? ALso, what FTP settings are you using? This may help me be able to log in to my ftp?

I’m having the exact same issues. Im assuming you are accessing the files through FTP, is that right? What settings are you using? I am not able to log in.
