I would like to say thank you for your help. This is exactly what was happening.
To solve the question, I just renamed the owl.carousel.min.js that was provided by the other plugin and everything is working fine now.

I tried checking the DOMContentLoaded checkbox, but it didn’t work either. And there are no JavaScript errors reported…
And also, as happens with @wpclaude, there’s no navigation neither link icons.
