Two things:
1. The links at the upper right aren’t very visible, they would look good as a lighter color like the white in your site.
2. The bottom-most box isn’t as long as the other two, I would force the div to a set height to match 🙂

In reply to: My WordPress Site. How To Improve.It looks really nice so far. Crisp and clean. My only critique would be that it may be a bit TOO minimal, but honestly I’m not sure about that. I bet once it is populated with more content it will seem more alive and full.
Only thing you need to fix is your favicon, the picture doesn’t translate all that well into the 16×16 image imo.

In reply to: Widgets all linking to one pageI just tried removing the site_nav entirely, and it did not affect the behavior I am trying to fix, so I guess that isn’t the problem.

I now know the source of the problem, but still do not know a fix. Somehow all of my posts permalinks were changed to /submit/, but I cannot change their permalinks manually. In addition to this when I create a new post it is automatically assigned a permalink of /submit/Forum: Your WordPress
In reply to: Rate my site? honest ratings plzLayout is fine, but the dashed border on the course details doesn’t match the look of the other elements on the site. Additionally, the image which describes the benefits also doesn’t match the look of the rest of the site. Do away with the rouge colored background on your header image, and I wouldn’t use two different colors for your name. It screams “I know how to change font colors!”, but looks inconsistent and a bit confusing. I would make your name black like the rest of the text as it seems more professional.

1. You have a tiny slice at the left of your header image which links back to the main page, but it doesn’t extend to the full image. Get the header image to link, and remove the piece on the left.
2. The text beneath the header image and before the content takes up WAY too much visual space on the page.
3. The navigation beneath the header image needs to contrast a bit more with the background, and I think it would work better as a footer based off of the content it links to.
4. You should have a more obvious visual queue for the user to distinguish between posts. Maybe a larger break between them, or perhaps a simple line beneath each post. As is, they sort of blend into one another.
Other than that the color scheme and layout overall seems good 🙂
