Just so you know. We run out own mail servers so we know a reset email never reached them.

I have tried to contact you through your main website contact form and I have tried to reset my account password to contest your story forums but I never get a reset email from submitting a request. What is the best way for me to send my email address and order number for you to lookup my details?
